This course is geared towards personnel who will be leading the implementation effort in the organization. Key topics include:
- DWQMS background
- How to gear up the organization for implementation

Ontario Regulation 170/03 Drinking Water Systems
The purpose of the Safe Drinking Water Act (Bill 195 2002) and Regulation 170/03 is to recognize the entitlement of the people of Ontario to expect their drinking water to be safe. The Act and Regulation provides the protection of human health and the prevention of drinking-water health hazards through the control and regulation of drinking water systems and drinking water testing.
This course will provide a useful knowledge to every professional working in the water industry. The course explains the important aspects of the act, which requires the municipalities and utilities to comply and provide the people with a safe drinking water.
